Author Fee

The Journal of Evrímata: Engineering and Physics (EEP) requires authors to pay a publication fee upon the acceptance of their manuscript. The standard publication fee is IDR 800,000 ($40) for manuscripts of 15 pages or  less. This fee covers the costs associated with various stages of the publication process, including article submission, peer review management, typesetting, and indexing. These processes ensure that articles are formatted professionally, tagged for easy retrieval, and listed in global academic databases, making them accessible to a wide international audience.

For manuscripts that exceed the 15-page limit, an additional charge of IDR 50,000 ($2) per page will apply for each extra page or fraction thereof. In cases where a manuscript has more than five authors, there is an additional fee of IDR 50,000 ($2) per author to accommodate the extra administrative work required for managing multiple contributors.

This comprehensive funding structure allows EEP to provide open access to its content while maintaining high standards for research dissemination and long-term accessibility.

Upon editorial acceptance of an article, the corresponding author will be notified the payment process. Payment is due within 14 days of the manuscript receiving editorial acceptance. We advise prompt payment as we are unable to publish accepted articles until full payment has been received. We request that you evaluate your potential to obtain funding for the Article Processing Charge before submission, not after acceptance. Please note that the payment is non-refundable.
